MADRID NUEVO NORTE

Madrid Nuevo Norte has the objective of reinventing the station and the railway district in the north of the city producing one of the largest urban renewal and space creation initiatives in Europe to date, with 300 hectares. This ambitious project seeks to give life to a disused space formed by the bundle of tracks that lead to the Chamartín station, regenerating the neighbourhood as a prosperous residential and sustainable business area reinforced with an integrated public transport centre. The development is designed to respond to new mobility practices setting Chamartín train station as the complex’s epicentre with a new green area perfectly integrated with the existing connections network.
