Housing Espino Cuquillo

Espino Cuquillo is a housing project of 254 units in Madrid outskirts that adapts the floor plan to the site’s topography, creating a complex and sinuous floor plan. As BIM Manager, consultancy and assessment services are provided to ensure quality and traceability of model elements following international standards. Besides, coordination between different model’s suppliers has been produced to ensure the model’s quality and viability for the construction system proposed. Naming protocols and parameters standards are registered in the BIM documentation of the project developed in coordination with Neinor Home’s BIM offices. Those naming protocols and parameters are implemented via algorithms to ease control process.
