URJC Building

As BIM Manager for the Academic Building of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, consultancy and coordination services were provided to ensure model quality, data consistency, and compliance with BIM standards. BIM workflows were defined and managed across architectural, structural, and MEP models, including clash detection, model reviews, and issue tracking, supporting interdisciplinary coordination and construction feasibility. The BIM models functioned as a central platform for information control, documentation, and quality assurance throughout the project.
